Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges on products within 15 days of delivery date. Product must be unworn and unwashed with the original tags attached.
Steps to take:
- Contact firstname.lastname@example.org
- Provide order number, name, and items you would like to refund/exchange
- Make sure all items are in original condition, unworn, unwashed and with original tags attached
- Wait for approval for return or exchange from our team
- Send the items to:

You will be notified once we have received and inspected your returned item. If your return or exchange is approved, we will process your refund within 5 business days and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card.
The original shipping paid on an order is non-refundable.
Please note, we do not provide shipping labels for any returns or exchanges. You will be responsible for shipping the item back to Skoki and will be subject to a shipping fee of $9.95 on your new order if the items originally ordered were purchased with a discount. The new shipping fee will be directly deducted from the amount refunded to your credit card.
All clearance items purchased are considered FINAL SALE upon payment and are not eligible for cancellation, return, refund or exchange.
When returning an item, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and do not issue returns on items that we have not received.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for items not purchased on www.skokico.com or www.skokico.ca. If you purchased a Skoki product from anywhere other than www.skokico.com or www.skokico.ca, please reference the return policy of the company you purchased from.
Please note we do not refund any purchases that do not arrive at their shipping destination. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for circumstances beyond our control, but promise to undertake all reasonable efforts to make things right if things go wrong. In this instance, we will launch an investigation with the carrier (please note that some investigations take up to 30 business days to be settled).
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS AND RETURNS DUE TO OUR ERROR
If there are any discrepancies with your order, or if the products have arrived defective/damaged at the time of receipt, please email us photos of the product to email@example.com within 5 business days after the receipt of your order.
We stand by our products but in the rare event that you receive a defective or wrong order, we will refund you the full cost of your order including shipping. We will also refund the shipping of the product back to us.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damages occurred from accidents or misuse. Please contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
